Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver tax preparation, advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work onsite with a team, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local client base while connecting customers with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You will handle a range of tax scenarios, from simple W‑2s to business income and investments, with a focus on clear communication and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep for 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end service.
