Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while building local relationships and expanding the client base with access to Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional on-site and virtual support.
