Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a dedicated TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage both in-person and virtual clients, manage complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end support. You will also act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base, organizing financial literacy events, and leveraging Intuit tools to maximize client outcomes while

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base and community presence with marketing support
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver end-to-end service
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions
