Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and coordinating with a broader team of tax and advisory professionals. You will serve clients in person and virtually, helping with straightforward to complex tax scenarios, and you will collaborate to deliver an end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.
• Must complete all required training and may have additional requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain professional, trusted guidance.
