Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support software tools to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid personal and business tax returns experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite presence Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver end-to-end support.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual meetings.
