Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You’ll serve in-person and virtual clients, connect them with specialists, and help expand the local TurboTax client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, advising on personal and business taxes, and collaborating with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or PractitionerAttorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
