Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients in person and virtually while delivering a trusted, end-to-end experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and work with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client tax returns.
• Grow local client base and build relationships within the community.
• Coordinate with in-house tax professionals across services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisories) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
