Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide expert tax preparation and personalized advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax situations while coordinating with a broad team of specialists.

You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and fostering relationships to ensure year‑round support and satisfaction with Intuit’s evolving tax services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours per week minimum during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through targeted outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with broader Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and follow-ups.
