Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Role is non-exempt and onsite, with hours across a week, including weekends. Strong tax credentials and ability to build a personal brand in the community are valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as the public face in the community.
• Engage new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead with local marketing to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver superior customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
