Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory for in-person and virtual clients at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, with content creation guidance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and lead local events, with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools.
