Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end tax care in person and virtually. Your role emphasizes building client relationships, expanding the local customer base, and delivering an exceptional experience through accurate tax solutions and proactive planning for

Qualifications

• EA / CPA / Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead local community growth: outreach, referrals, and events to build client base.
• Connect clients with related services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, in-person and via Intuit tools, addressing tax questions and planning.
