Intuit is seeking self-motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end client experiences.

Role emphasizes building local client bases, serving both in-person and virtual customers, and growing Intuit's presence in local communities.

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years’ paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri) for at least 20 hours/week

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business tax scenarios
• Lead community outreach to grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients plan for future tax needs
• Represent Intuit as a local TurboTax ambassador in events and marketing efforts
