Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a new TurboTax location. You’ll provide on-site tax prep, engage with the local community, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem for year-round support.

This role emphasizes hands-on tax advice, client relationships, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work with tax professionals to expand the client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and participate in local events.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours weekly.
• Must complete required training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Engage clients in person and virtually, delivering a best-in-class experience.
