Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation, and work onsite with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients.

You will build relationships in the local community, drive client growth, and connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filed (federal/state) per season
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office (20 hrs/week min)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships
