Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in local/community presence and content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
