Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide personal tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local client base and long-term relationships.

Onsite, you’ll collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in a trusted local role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (30+ filings per season) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours per week, 8am–5pm M–F.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
