Intuit Careers seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

Grow your local client base, drive loyalty, and connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more services (bookkeping/payroll/advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 and weekdays.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Help clients with complex tax scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Assist in discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan
• Build local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with other Intuit experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain professional demeanor.
