Intuit seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax - Local Service Expert roles in on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists to craft a complete financial picture.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit’s tools, tutorials, and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with provided training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and planning for future tax years.
• Deliver professional, client-focused experiences in-person and via virtual tools.
