Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for year‑round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, while building local business and collaborating with Intuit teams.

You will engage the community, lead local events, and connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll, ensuring a comprehensive financial solution for each client.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience in-person and virtually.
