Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles across the United States. On-site tax preparation, expert advice, and collaboration with specialists to serve personal and business clients.

You will grow local client bases, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and participate in community events using TurboTax marketing tools. You will engage in building long-term relationships, expanding services like bookkeeping and payroll, and delivering high-quality customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with training requirements.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/picture.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
• Assist clients in planning and optimizing future tax outcomes and compliance.
