Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them to Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You’ll play a key role in growing local client bases, delivering end-to-end support, and maintaining an outstanding customer experience for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
