Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns onsite, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and small businesses while driving local growth and client loyalty.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end support in a tax-savvy, customer-centric manner.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• EA/CPA/practicing attorney with tax expertise.
• Willing to work onsite and 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure end-to-end client experience.
• Engage in in-person and virtual client meetings, delivering clear tax solutions.
