Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax returns, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services in a local community. You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and mentor clients through life events while leveraging Intuit marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
