Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals to ensure end-to-end service, from discovery sessions to year-round planning, while growing your client base in the local community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build a client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
