Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, addressing complex tax scenarios and facilitating referrals to broader Intuit services.

You will be part of a collaborative team, acting as a trusted guide in the local community while building long-term client relationships and delivering a best-in-class experience during peak tax seasons.

Qualifications

• Requires professional tax credentials and active PTIN.
• Experience with personal and business tax preparation is preferred.
• Willingness to upsell additional Intuit services and advisory offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community engagement and outreach.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and protect client relationships.
