Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and end-to-end tax services at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building lasting relationships and expanding Intuit’s presence in the community.

You’ll collaborate with a team of tax professionals, offering guidance across personal and business tax topics, and promoting Intuit solutions to meet clients’ financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service and trust.
• Represent Intuit professionally in person and via virtual channels using company tools.
