Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and connecting clients with Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite and willing to wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns for simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
