Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on‑site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building long‑term relationships with clients and growing the local business.

You will collaborate with a network of tax professionals to offer end‑to‑end services, from basic W‑2 filings to complex strategies, in a client‑focused, community‑minded role.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver holistic tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit’s video tools.
