Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services, leveraging Intuit resources to maximize client value.

You will cultivate local relationships, drive new client acquisition, and participate in community events and marketing initiatives to expand TurboTax’s presence while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• EA, CPA or practicing attorney preferred with knowledge of tax laws.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and have name/photo used for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build relationships to turn single transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
