Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients in person and virtually, collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax tools to build relationships and drive brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve client needs.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and tax planning guidance.
