Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage customers in-person and virtually, connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem, and grow a local client base with community outreach. The role emphasizes deep tax knowledge, compliance training, and a customer-focused approach to help clients achieve financial goals year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with accurate, jargon-free guidance.
