Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will build local relationships, lead outreach, and host financial literacy events while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. This role emphasizes client-centered service and year-round support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or licensed attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s annually.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax office.
• Must complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax returns.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Engage with community through events and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
