Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building relationships and growing the local client base while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will work on-site, provide end-to-end tax services, and leverage Intuit resources to enhance the customer experience and drive client loyalty in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
