Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, complete tax returns, and advise clients through the full Intuit ecosystem.

As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow your client base, deliver exceptional in-person and virtual service, and collaborate across tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to ensure end-to-end support for each customer’s financial

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete training and compliance requirements; uniforms provided and advertising use may apply.
• Must reside in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize taxes.
• Leverage government resources and team expertise for accurate tax solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
