Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences, including tax planning, deductions optimization, and support for complex scenarios such as business income or amendments. You will also drive local growth by attracting new clients, building relationships, and leveraging marketing

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and revenue.
