Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering in-person and virtual tax services.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists to address a client’s full financial picture. You’ll act as a community ambassador, growing the local customer base, hosting events, and building relationships to drive loyalty and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
