Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s broader services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing local client relationships.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience and contributing to community growth during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing personal and business tax returns using professional software.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients in plain language.
• Willingness to expand services like bookkeeping and payroll through training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with colleagues across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
