Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem, develop local business, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more services with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a bridge between clients and specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and reviews.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professional demeanor.
