Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns and provide expert advice onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will connect clients with Intuit services, build a local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include in-person and virtual client support, community outreach, and collaborating with tax specialists, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to ensure a complete financial solution for each client.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador and drive local client base growth using marketing tools.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Engage in local events and create content to support community presence.
