Intuit Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

The role emphasizes staying with client meetings, growing local client bases, and delivering a best-in-class experience. Onsite availability and occasional extended hours during tax season are expected.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/PTIN and tax preparation experience are required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, with regular hours.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end‑to‑end support.
