Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering personalized tax solutions and connecting them with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Ideal candidates are licensed or credentialed tax professionals with PTIN, and experience handling complex individual and business tax scenarios.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
