Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing personal and small business tax services to local clients.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation and advise on tax planning while coordinating with a broader team of specialists. In addition to tax work, you will grow the local client base, build relationships in the community, and help clients understand Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with end-to-end service.
