Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will perform on-site tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a broad team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your role includes growing the local client base, building relationships, and leveraging Intuit tools for year-round support. You will work with diverse clients, handling personal and small business tax needs, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, compliance,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
