Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals to deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit services.

You will actively grow a local client base, lead community outreach, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions. Training and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a superior customer experience in person and virtually.
