Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support the TurboTax software, collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and use TurboTax marketing tools to build a thriving local business while delivering outstanding customer service year‑round.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions and plan for future filings.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
