Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new on-site location. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will engage with the local community, build long-term client relationships, and operate within a fast-paced environment. This role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory roles with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base and drive loyalty through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into multi-year partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video interactions.
