Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, lead community engagements, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name in advertising.
• Desire to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Link clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
