Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax products while collaborating with a cross-functional team of specialists.

As a trusted guide, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience is preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to up-skill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Help clients with simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income.
• Participate in local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
