Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return prep, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will also drive local growth, build client relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead community outreach to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as needed.
• Build lasting client relationships for year‑round engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using TurboTax tools.
