Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, offer expert advice, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions for individuals and business clients.

You'll build local relationships, drive client growth, and represent Intuit in the community while delivering a best-in-class customer experience through both in-person meetings and virtual support tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into wider advisory services with training.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week; training and uniforms may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax preparation for clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build relationships to convert engagements into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual tools.
